During recent classroom observations, it became evident that several teachers are struggling with fundamental aspects of
instructional planning and delivery, including the creation of effective schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching aids.
These challenges hinder their ability to effectively implement lesson content, which can lead to disengagement and a lack
of understanding among students. To foster collaborative learning in a safe environment, continuous improvement, and a
constructive feedback mechanism, the department is organizing a cluster peer learning workshop for all teachers in the
implementing schools.
