With 71% of household heads in the community where the community center is located are lacking education beyond the primary level, Karacel will provide first-time access to critical tools—books, computers, internet, and training—that fuel both individual growth and collective progress.
The Karacel Community Development Center will l serve as a vibrant hub where youth, women, families, and community leaders come together to learn, connect, and lead.
