The Weekly Update: FICH Board-Staff Meeting, AYDI Support Visit

On Monday 7th March 2022 FICH moved to Arua City to check the implementation of the Learning program by the Arua Youth Development Initiative (AYDI), FICH and GRIC partner. Interestingly, during the support visit at Arua primary school, in Arua City, the teacher in charge of the learning of children, Judith Avacko said the program had improved the level of knowledge of the children. They can read, write and count numbers. Strikingly, however, Hilal Naseem, the school management committee chairperson says parental engagement in the learning program is still poor.
