About the Assessment: As part of our mission to support the development of soft skills among students, FICH will be conducting a baseline survey in three secondary schools in Oyam District. The schools included are Acaba, Atapara, and Everest Secondary schools. This survey aims to assess and identify areas for improvement in soft skills among students.
Whom We’re Looking For: We seek highly proficient individuals with previous experience conducting ALIVE Assessments. Minimum qualification for the Assessor is A’Level
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ALIVE Assessments in secondary schools to evaluate and document students’ soft skills development.
- Collaborate with the LEAD Discovery Bootcamp team to provide valuable insights for the design and implementation of the program.
