Foundation for Inclusive Community Help (FICH) is seeking dedicated Assessors to join our LEAD Discovery Bootcamp Assessment of Soft Skills Development

About the Assessment: As part of our mission to support the development of soft skills among students, FICH will be conducting a baseline survey in three secondary schools in Oyam District. The schools included are Acaba, Atapara, and Everest Secondary schools. This survey aims to assess and identify areas for improvement in soft skills among students.

Whom We’re Looking For: We seek highly proficient individuals with previous experience conducting ALIVE Assessments. Minimum qualification for the Assessor is A’Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ALIVE Assessments in secondary schools to evaluate and document students’ soft skills development.
  • Collaborate with the LEAD Discovery Bootcamp team to provide valuable insights for the design and implementation of the program.

    Good morning FICH community I am again very happy of this new ALIVE assessment for it is the activity that opens up the mines of pupils and students very fast and the child realizes his or her weakness and strength immediately therefore I appreciate the program So much
